We are seeking an Experienced Architect / Part II Architectural Assistant

We are an award-winning architectural practice with a strong reputation in the healthcare, dental, commercial and residential sectors. Our portfolio includes hospitals, specialist healthcare facilities, dental practices, private housing, one-off houses & extensions, restoration/refurbishment projects and commercial developments across the UK.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and ambitious individual looking to play a key role in the delivery of high-quality projects from concept through to completion.

The Role

The successful candidate will work closely with our directors and project team on projects across all RIBA work stages and will be involved in:

 Developing design proposals and technical solutions.

 Preparing planning, Building Warrant and construction information.

Coordinating with clients, consultants and contractors.

Managing project information and technical documentation.

• Undertaking site visits, surveys and inspections.

• Assisting with project delivery and contract administration where appropriate.

Supporting the continued growth of the practice across our specialist sectors.

Essential Reqirements

 ARB Registered Architect or experienced Part II Architectural Assistant.

 Minimum 3 years' UK architectural practice experience.

• Site and project coordination experience.

• Good knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing.

 Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.

 Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment.

• Eligibility to work in the UK with a valid work visa where applicable.

Proficiency in Vectorworks.

Experience using SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop and InDesign.

Strong presentation and graphic communication skills.
